Free Shipping Offer

When your cart totals $50 or more (after all discounts have been applied), you will have the option to choose free shipping! Discounts, taxes and shipping are excluded from the Free Shipping Offer calculation.

Be sure to select the “Free Shipping” option on your checkout page when it appears!

This offer is only for purchases made on our site that are going to the same shipping address (split shipments don’t qualify). If you are purchasing our products on another site, like Amazon for example, the shipping policies on that platform prevail and our free shipping offer does not apply.

Where We Ship

Contiguous United States

We will ship to all states within the contiguous United States. Our standard shipping times apply.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

We are happy to ship to these areas but unfortunately additional shipping may be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location.

International Locations

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Times

Generally, most orders placed with us will be sent out within two business days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to ship. If this happens, we will give you status updates.

As soon as we have a tracking number created, we enter it in the system; you receive an email with that information so you can track your package. We ship most orders via USPS although we reserve the right to use any carrier.

Damaged or Defective Products

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are super picky when it comes to the products we carry, so we rarely have problems with product quality and get very few returns.

But sometimes something gets through our quality-control process so if your item is damaged or defective in some way, don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and let us know of issues within 30 days of receipt; we’ll refund or exchange the item upon return, no questions asked.

Purchases on Amazon or Other External Sites

We sell our products on Amazon. When you make your purchase on an external site, the shipping and returns policies of the external site apply.

In addition, coupons, discounts and any special offers made to our Alamazookie.com customers are not honored on external sites, like Amazon. We may make available offers on those sites that are exclusive to those sites.
